WO28/15	RESOLUTION: (Matson/Shurey) that the Minutes of the Works Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 14 July 2015 (copies of which were circulated to all Councillors) be and are hereby confirmed as a correct record of the proceedings of that meeting.

	W23/15   Works Report - Fibro Fragments (Asbestos Issue) Heffron Park (F2008/00197)
WO29/15	RESOLUTION: (Andrews/Bowen) that Council note that air monitoring was conducted during annual asbestos removal in Heffron Park and that the test results indicated that no measurable amounts of airborne fibres were present in the air. MOTION: (Andrews/Bowen) CARRIED - SEE RESOLUTION.

	W24/15   Works Report - Buildings for our Community - Wylie's Baths Caretakers Cottage - Advanced Funding (PROJ/10756/2016/4)
WO30/15	RESOLUTION: (Andrews/Matson) that advanced funding of $40,000.00 for the Wylie’s Baths caretaker’s cottage project be made available during this financial year (2015-16) to be drawn from the Infrastructure Reserve and deducted from the funding available against the project in the 2016-17 financial year. MOTION: (Andrews/Matson) CARRIED - SEE RESOLUTION.

	W25/15   Works Report - Council Policy on Drugs in Sport (F2004/07111)
WO31/15	RESOLUTION: (D'Souza/Andrews) that Council Officers discuss the obligations of each code/association in relation to education of its members’ “Drug in Sport” Policy at the next Sports Committee Meetings. MOTION: (D'Souza/Andrews) CARRIED - SEE RESOLUTION.

	W26/15   Works Report - Tree Removal - Outside 8 Tedwin Avenue, Kensington (F2004/07359)
WO32/15	RESOLUTION: (Andrews/ Smith) that: a)     the Council owned Ficus ‘Hillii’ (Hill’s Weeping fig) growing outside 8 Tedwin Avenue, Kensington be removed; and b)     six advanced Waterhousia floribunda (Weeping Lilly Pillys) as nominated in Council’s Street Tree Masterplan be planted on the northern side of the street. MOTION: (Andrews/Smith) CARRIED - SEE RESOLUTION.
